About the Role
As a Trainer, you will:
1. Lead training sessions focused on Thomson Reuters software solutions for finance and tax professionals
2. Conduct multi-customer workshops as well as classes dedicated to single customers
3. Deliver training sessions live remotely and onsite/at the client location as needed
4. Work with clients and internal Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to identify training needs and delivery methods for customer and partner training
5. Work with product SMEs and the training content development team to create and continuously improve the content of the training materials to coincide with product updates and developments, in different delivery types (instructor-led workshops, eLearning, videos, exams)
6. Perform courseware updates
7. Maintain and administer training surveys, tracking completion rate and scores/feedback
8. Communicate internally to ensure billings are accurate and timely
9. Book and allocate back all required travel arrangementsActively develop ONESOURCE product knowledge
About You
You're a fit for the role of Trainer, Finance and Tax Technology, if you have:
10. Degree in Finance, Tax & Accounting, or similar
11. Experience of working with statutory reporting within a Corporate Finance department
12. ACA (or ACCA) part or fully qualified
13. ONESOURCE Statutory Reporting product knowledge preferred, knowledge of ONESOURCE Corporate Tax and other Thomson Reuters solutions is a plus
14. Customer-focused and interested in being part of a revenue-generating department
15. Strong verbal and written communication skills
16. Ability to work independently
