What You’ll Be Doing
As a Physics Teacher, whether you're an ECT or an experienced Physics Teacher, your role will involve:
* Teaching Physics across Key Stages 3 and 4, ensuring students develop both an understanding of the subject and a passion for learning.
* Planning and delivering engaging, differentiated Physics lessons tailored to a wide range of abilities and learning styles.
* Leading practical experiments that demonstrate how Physics concepts apply to the real world, sparking curiosity in students.
* Using data to assess and track student progress, ensuring Physics attainment is raised and students are continually challenged.
* Contributing to the ongoing development and improvement of the Physics curriculum to keep it innovative and engaging.

What We’re Looking For
We are looking for a Physics Teacher who:
* Holds Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and a degree in Physics or a closely related subject.
* Has experience teaching Physics to students aged 11–16, whether as an ECT or an experienced Physics Teacher.
* Is skilled in planning and delivering high-quality, engaging Physics lessons that inspire students and develop their love for the subject.
* Has a proactive and reflective approach to professional development and is committed to growing as a Physics Teacher.
* Is enthusiastic about helping students reach their full potential in Physics and beyond.
* Works well as part of a team and contributes positively to the ethos and community of the school.
