We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Customer Marketing Manager to join our team at Mitsubishi Pencil! About the Role:
As the Customer Marketing Manager, you will develop and execute marketing strategies aimed at boosting shopper engagement, increasing product sales, and driving profitable growth. You will work closely with the marketing team and retail partners to design campaigns that optimise both in-store and online shopping experiences, all while ensuring that marketing initiatives are aligned with both brand and retail objectives. You’ll also be responsible for managing budgets, tracking performance, and ensuring a solid ROI on campaigns.
Key Responsibilities:
* Implement Shopper Marketing Strategies – Align with brand and retail objectives to create impactful marketing strategies.
* Drive Shopper Engagement – Execute initiatives designed to influence shopper behaviour and improve the in-store and digital shopping experience.
* Boost Sales – Design campaigns and promotions aimed at increasing product sales while meeting revenue and profitability goals.
* Leverage Shopper Insights – Analyse market trends, shopper behaviour, and data to identify new opportunities for growth.
* Enhance Brand Visibility – Develop marketing materials that maximise brand presence at the point of purchase, in collaboration with retailers.
* Optimise Campaign Performance – Manage budgets, monitor campaign performance, and ensure strong ROI on marketing initiatives.
* Create Customer Marketing Collateral – Develop presentations and materials for new product launches and marketing initiatives tailored to customer needs.
* Support Sales Teams – Translate marketing strategies into customised presentations and promotional plans for top customers.
* Collaborate Across Teams – Provide tactical and strategic support to both marketing and sales teams to drive growth across all customer channels.
What We’re Looking For:
* Experience: A minimum of 2-4 years in FMCG marketing, ideally with exposure to customer marketing or shopper marketing.
* Understanding of Shopper Behaviour: Strong knowledge of consumer behaviour and retail environments.
* Project Management Skills: Excellent at managing multiple projects, ensuring deadlines and objectives are met.
* Analytical Skills: Proficiency in using data and insights to make informed decisions.
* Communication: Excellent ability to collaborate, communicate, and influence stakeholders at all levels.
* Technical Skills: Experience with CRM platforms and marketing analytics tools.
