Scrum Master with Web experience, c£50-£60k Home working
A fantastic opportunity has arisen with a rapidly expanding consultancy firm for a Scrum Master with demonstrable Web experience to work with one of their well-established clients. As Scrum Master you can demonstrate strong capabilities with running the Scrum Ceremonies and also reporting which is a key requirement in this position. Any experience with ClickUp or working within the Higher Education sector would be helpful (but not essential).
General responsibilities will include:
* Responsibility for ensuring goals, scope, and product domain are understood.
* Identifying techniques for effective Product Backlog management.
* Helping the Scrum Team understand the need for clear and concise Product Backlog items.
* Understanding and practicing and promoting agility.
* Facilitating Scrum events as requested or needed
* Coaching Teams in self-organization and cross-functionality.
* Helping the Team to create high-value products.
* Removing impediments to the Team’s progress.
* Facilitating Scrum events as requested or needed.
* Coaching Teams in organisational environments in which Scrum is not yet fully adopted and understood.
* Leading and coaching the organisation in Scrum adoption;
* Planning Scrum implementations.
* Helping employees and stakeholders understand and enact Scrum practices within a product development environment.
