About the Role
:
As a General Operative you will be working with the Better Neighbourhood contract for Tower Hamlets delivering excellent service and support through our local teams, who understand the importance of working together for the local community.
As a General Operative you will be out supporting the team to delivered the planned works to support the residents with repairs and maintenance across our portfolio of properties, working with direction from the site team with a wide range of general repairs and maintenance/support tasks. Part of a local team undertaking high standard General repairs and refurbishment activities to Housing properties, delivering best in class customer service and satisfying all safety, quality and cost control standards.
Role Criteria:
1. Some multi trade experience
2. UK Full Driving licence
3. Experience of working within Building Construction and Maintenance Industry.
4. The ability to demonstrate knowledge of skills, technology, and safety procedures for ongoing tasks
5. The ability to understand and interpret work instructions.
