In the absence of the Manager, the Deputy will step in to lead the team. This role offers flexibility, with a working pattern agreed upon with the Registered Manager. You will work across a 7-day week, including a minimum of 2 weekends per month and occasional night shifts. Key Responsibilities: • Assist with the management of the nursing home. • Deputise for the Registered Manager when needed. • Lead by example with strong leadership and communication skills. • Ensure high standards of care and support for our residents. • Support the development and training of the care team.
