What does the day to day look like… As a successful Financial Planning/Client Services Assistant, you will support the Client Services Associate in the administration of client’s data and provide day to day administrative support to the team based from our East Midlands office. You will: Manage prospects by working with the Relationship Managers to manage leads, coordinate initial meetings and prepare relevant documentation Update and maintain client data on our back office system Xplan Review meeting preparation, prepare documents and obtain updates and valuations from providers Send and chase Letters of Authority General office administration i.e. manage post, printing, booking meeting rooms etc. Studying for a professional qualification and working is not an easy pathway.
