Job Description: We are looking for a proactive and results-driven Digital Marketing Executive to join our team. Working with some of the worlds leading brands and categories of fast-moving goods such as Chupa Chups, Liquid Death and American Candy, we supply 18,000 convenience stores and major national retailers such as Tesco, Morrisons, Co-op, SPAR and more. Key Responsibilities: Website Management: ? Oversee daily operations of the e-commerce website, ensuring a seamless user experience and website functionality for both B2B & B2C platforms. ? Work on new launches as well as regularly update product listings, descriptions, images, and pricing to maintain accuracy and relevance. ? Monitor website performance and troubleshoot any technical issues in collaboration with the development team. ? Implement conversion rate optimization (CRO) strategies to enhance user engagement and drive sales. SEO Optimisation: ? Work closely with the SEO team to optimise website content for improved organic search rankings and increased traffic. ? Make necessary updates to collection pages, meta descriptions, titles, filters, and other website elements to enhance visibility. ? Conduct keyword research and implement SEO best practices to enhance on-page and off-page rankings. Email Marketing: ? Plan, create, and execute targeted email marketing campaigns for new products, special offers, and promotions. ? Manage the customer email database, ensuring accurate segmentation for personalised email content. ? Analyse email marketing performance (open rates, click-through rates, conversions) and refine strategies for improved outcomes. ? Work with the content and design teams to ensure visually appealing and compelling email campaigns. Social Media Management: ? Develop and implement a social media strategy to boost brand visibility and engagement on TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube and other relevant platforms. ? Run paid ads across all Meta platforms ? Create and schedule engaging content, including promotions, contests, and collaborations, to attract and retain followers. ? Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries and feedback on social media platforms. ? Collaborate with influencers and brand advocates to expand brand reach and credibility. Campaign Management: ? Plan and execute paid and partnership media campaigns to drive traffic and increase sales. ? Work with the paid marketing teams and email marketing campaigns to enhance audience engagement. ? Develop a structured marketing calendar to ensure the seamless execution of campaigns. ? Analyse campaign performance and adjust strategies accordingly for improved results. Stakeholder Management: ? Collaborate with internal teams, including design, marketing, purchasing, and sales, to align digital marketing efforts with business objectives. ? Work closely with external agencies, vendors, and partners to optimise marketing initiatives. ? Provide insights and recommendations to senior management based on data-driven analysis. Key Requirements: ? Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field. ? 2 years of experience in digital marketing, e-commerce, or a similar role. ? Strong understanding of website management, SEO, social media, and email marketing. ? Hands-on experience with tools such as Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, Klaviyo, Mailchimp, or similar platforms. Experience with any CMS system is a must. ? Experience with loyalty programmes and customer retention strategies is a plus (not mandatory). ? Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions. ? Proactive, innovative, and capable of taking ownership of tasks. ? Strong teamwork and communication skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally. ? Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. ? A passion for digital marketing and staying updated with the latest industry trends.
