About The Role
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide first-class customer service.
* Prepare hire contracts, quotations, and other necessary correspondence through the MCS-RM system.
* Handle enquiries and source new business.
* Record enquiries and their sources.
* Follow up on quotations and enquiries.
* Maintain accurate and up-to-date records.
* Perform any other relevant tasks as required by your line manager.
* Comply with all company policies and procedures, including adherence to all Health & Safety policies.
* Be aware of company KPI targets for the depot and assist in achieving and exceeding them.
Ideal Candidate:
* IT literate: Proficient in Microsoft Office, Excel, and Outlook
* Numerate: Strong with numbers and data
* Excellent administration and customer service skills
* Capable of thriving under pressure in a busy role
