1st Line IT Service Desk Engineer

Main Duties:
* Provide 1st line technical support via phone, email, and ticketing systems.
* Troubleshoot hardware and software issues, escalating more complex issues when necessary.
* Monitor and manage client systems, ensuring smooth day-to-day IT operations.
* Assist with setting up new equipment for users, including laptops, desktops, and printers.
* Maintain accurate records of client interactions and problem resolutions.
Tech Requirements:
* Experience with Windows desktop operating systems.
* Familiarity with Office 365.
* Basic understanding of networking concepts (DNS, DHCP, TCP/IP).
* Experience using ticketing systems.
* Knowledge of Active Directory (user management, password resets).
