Job Title: Regional Sales Manager Location: Remote, covering the North Salary: Up to£55k (DOE) Working Hours: 40hrs per week The Business Development Manager will proactively provide customers with a superior buying experience and support growth in all facets of the business including parts, service, refurbishments and new equipment sales. Main Duties and Responsibilities of Regional Sales Manager: Implement a plan to develop our sales organisation and strategies to increase sales in new and current markets. Manage customer relationships in your territory to improve customer satisfaction. Work with Parts and Service teams to ensure customer concerns and issues are promptly addressed. Manage CRM with customer contacts. Maintain a strong understanding of the industry and trends relevant to our customers businesses. Maintain competency in companys equipment so that youre able to comfortably use and demonstrate it in the field as well as support basic questions from operators. Increase sales over 20% annually within your territory. Support sales of Parts and Service within your territory. Work to identify new markets and customers to expand the overall market for volumetric mixers. Develop strategies for converting competitive users. Set and manage your own travel schedule to provide maximum value to the company. Key requirements of Regional Sales Manager: At least 3 years of field sales experience Strong commercial awareness and business acumen Able to negotiate price changes with new and existing clients.
