Key Responsibilities:
Transition Leadership: Spearhead the operational separation from the group by implementing and managing an Administrative Services Organisation and a comprehensive benefits program.
System Implementation: Oversee the setup of processes and data transfers for a new Human Resources Information System (HRIS) while enhancing systems and work flows.
Compensation & Benefits: Provide daily support for compensation and benefits programs, ensuring compliance and timely reporting in collaboration with third-party providers.
Payroll & Compliance: Manage payroll, maintain compliance with state and federal labour laws, oversee leave administration, and handle immigration matters.
Strategic Bench marking: Evaluate and benchmark compensation and benefits plans, offering cost-effective, high-value options for our employees.
Vendor Management: Cultivate strong relationships with brokers and other third-party vendors to resolve technical issues and deliver exceptional support.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with internal teams to address operational challenges, audit human capital processes, and generate actionable insights for leadership.
Global Integration: Lead efforts to bring People Operations in-house.
Future Planning: Contribute to the development of long-term compensation and benefits strategies that align with organisational goals
