RECRUITMENT ADVISER, 12 MONTH FTC
LOCATION: Worcester, Hybrid
SALARY: £35,000
Our global client, within the manufacturing sector, is looking for a Recruitment Adviser to join them on a 12-month fixed term contract. You will be responsible for sourcing, marketing, interviewing, and hiring top talent across a variety of roles.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Liaising with hiring managers and stakeholders to identify talent needs, develop sourcing strategies, and manage the end-to-end recruitment process.
2. Source candidates through direct channels, including job boards and social media, actively engaging with potential candidates.
3. Conducting initial screening and thorough interviews to assess candidate suitability.
4. Building and maintaining good relationships with potential candidates.
5. Remaining aware of recruitment marketing trends to help contribute to marketing through social media.
6. Improving the recruitment process through the analysis of recruitment metrics and collaborating with hiring managers.
7. Maintaining and developing HR records, and managing the offer process through to onboarding.
8. Supporting apprenticeship programmes.
9. Managing the learning and development process throughout the company, developing succession planning, and organising external training.
REQUIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:
1. Experience delivering end-to-end recruitment, either internally or through an RPO.
2. Previous experience within a manufacturing, warehousing, or logistics environment, sourcing for a variety of roles and seniorities.
3. A CIPD qualification (Level 3 or above).
4. A working knowledge of employment law, HR best practices, applicant tracking systems, and HRIS.
5. Great communication and interpersonal skills to form good relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and stakeholders.
6. Strong IT and organisational skills.
7. Discretion, professionalism, and confidentiality.
8. A proactive and motivated attitude, with a confident and approachable demeanour.
9. The ability to thrive both independently and as part of a team.
