Exciting Opportunity for an Intermediate Quantity Surveyor in Dublin

Copius Resourcesis currently partnering with a large construction company based in Dublin, offering an excellent opportunity for an IntermediateQuantity Surveyorto join their team.

Principal Duties & Accountabilities:

* Liaise and report to the Senior Quantity Surveyor.
* Attend pre-award meetings with new sub-contractors.
* Monitor contra charges and notify sub-contractors accordingly.
* Assist the Senior Quantity Surveyor in preparing the final account at the end of the project.
* Issue interim payment applications to the Project Quantity Surveyor in conjunction with the Senior Quantity Surveyor.
* Monitor and report costs using construction computer software.
* Review tender enquiries and conduct tender analysis for projects.
* Purchase and monitor sub-contractor packages on site.
* Handle sub-contractors re-measurement, interim, and final account payments.
* Process fortnightly/monthly sub-contractor payment certificates.
* Compile variations and maintain the variation log.
