This is initially a part-time role which would be 16-24 hours per week; however, it could lead to a full-time position if desired.

As a sales consultant you will:
* Focus on driving leads and sales.
* Welcome clients to our showroom during different stages of their journey.
* Build relationships with clients through email and regular phone contact.
* Design bathrooms, cloakrooms, en-suites, and wet rooms using our high graphic desktops and software.
* Find innovative and creative ways to market our brand on social media platforms.
* Follow up all generated leads in our pipeline.
* Be solution-driven to our clients' problems.
* Complete administrative tasks to keep projects organized.
To be successful you should be:
* Passionate about design & sales.
* Great problem-solving skills.
* Sales driven with a desire to achieve personal and company targets.
* Good communication and organizational skills.
* Strong background in customer service with a positive and enthusiastic attitude.
* IT proficient.
* Web design knowledge would be beneficial, particularly WordPress.
* Previous wet room, bathroom design, and sales experience.
* Experience within a retail showroom or the building industry.
* Knowledge of any CAD package, particularly Innoplus, is desirable although training will be provided.
* Comfortable working alone.
* Knowledge of CRM systems particularly Monday.com.
* Mailchimp experience for our marketing would be beneficial.
* Canva experience would be beneficial.
* Xero experience would be beneficial.
The basic salary for the 3-month trial period is up to £30,000 which will be based on your experience within the industry and our software. The salary is based on a pro-rata basis. While the basic pro-rata salary is up to £30,000, OTE can be £35,000 - £50,000+.
