About the opportunity:
NetDocuments is seeking an Inside Sales Manager to lead a team of Business Development Representatives (BDRs) and Inside Sales Representatives (ISRs) to produce a pipeline of opportunities in small to medium-sized law firms and corporate organizations, managing the opportunities through the sales cycle to closure. The Business Development Sales Manager will report to the Director of Inside Sales. The ideal candidate will have experience managing a team operationally on a day-to-day basis, setting targets, monitoring metrics, motivating individuals and teams, and delivering against both pipeline and closed business targets.
What your contributions will be:
* Manage a team of BDRs and ISRs
* Recruit highly skilled individuals that can develop into future account managers
* On-board team members and keep them up to date
* Monitor daily activities and ensure progress against targets
* Set monthly, quarterly, and annual targets for individuals and teams
* Audit team calls, evaluate skills, and identify areas for improvement
* Forecast against monthly and quarterly targets
* Manage individual performance and identify improvements where necessary
* Maintain motivation of individuals and teams to minimize attrition
* Implement processes to provide visibility of activity, progress, and effectiveness to senior management
* Other duties as assigned

What you will need for success:
* Demonstrable 2+ years of successful sales leadership experience
* Experience in setting targets and assigning sales territories
* Regular quota achievement/over-achievement
Ideally, you will have:
* Previous software sales experience
* Knowledge of Salesloft and Salesforce
* Sales knowledge of the legal market
* Experience in developing and managing a geographic sales territory
