We're excited to be supporting a prestigious global law firm in their search for a Diversity, Equity & Inclusion Manager to join their London office on a full-time, permanent basis. This role will be instrumental in shaping and delivering their global DEI strategy across multiple regions.
The Role
As DEI Manager, you will:
Develop and implement regional DEI plans, leading tailored initiatives across Central & Eastern Europe, the Middle East, and Asia.
Support international leadership, partnering with senior leaders to deliver the firm's global DEI objectives.
Shape DEI strategy, assisting the Head of DEI in crafting and executing sub-agenda plans.
Embed DEI cross the employee life cycle, ensuring inclusivity is reflected in all people processes.
Influence policy and learning, collaborating with the Policy Lead to drive inclusive policies and working with L&D to enhance the DEI curriculum.
Analyse data and drive change, using insights to identify gaps, measure impact, and continuously improve DEI strategies.
What We're Looking For
Proven expertise in DEI, including understanding key challenges and trends in a professional (legal) services or financial services organisation
Experience designing and delivering evidence-based DEI strategies in an international context.
Strong analytical skills, with the ability to use data to inform decisions and measure success.
Excellent stakeholder management, with the ability to engage senior leaders and drive firm-wide DEI initiatives.
A strong understanding of Learning & Development and HR policies in relation to DEI.
