Our client Walton Civil Engineering is looking for a Plant & Transport Administrator to join their existing team.
Salary & Working Hours:
* Hours are 08.30 – 17.00 Monday to Friday (Part Time Hours and days negotiable for the right person)
* PAYE with a starting salary of £23,000 – £25,000 (experience dependant) per annum
Responsibilities:
* Maintaining log of plant and vehicle allocation
* Hiring of long term plant equipment
* Co-ordinating defects for any plant & vehicles, updating our bespoke systems and where necessary, speaking with suppliers to resolve the defects
* Ensuring adequate stock of PPE, tools & consumables on site. Ordering when required and arranging deliveries of relevant kit to other sites
* Provide back up for vehicle maintenance including inspections, servicing, MOT's etc are all kept in line with each vehicle schedules
* General administration duties including photocopying, filing and record keeping
