Reporting to the Head of HR, the ideal candidate shall come from a recruitment background and be passionate about moving into an L&D/training role. Part of a dynamic team, you will be responsible for both internal recruitment and the development of the team members across our clients’ global offices.
Core duties include:
1. Delivering inductions to new starters and supporting with onboarding for new recruits across the business
2. Delivering training courses, including but not limited to Introduction to Recruitment, Introduction to Business Development and Leadership Training
3. Maintaining training records for team members
4. Internal recruitment including sourcing, screening, interviewing and on-boarding.
5. Compiling HR reports
6. Call reviewing and analysis of calls, picking out calls that demonstrate competence to add to the I-Learning Library
7. Deskside coaching and real time feedback to consultants
8. Engage with 3rd party suppliers to keep up to date with learning and development.
9. Consistently engage with colleagues and employees to develop good working practices.
10. Updating & creation of online eLearning modules
This role would suit someone who is passionate about learning and development, with their own previous recruitment experience and a commitment to continuous improvement and genuine interest in learning.
