The role:
The Part Advisor will be responsible for coordinating the logistics and sales of automotive parts, ensuring customer relations Is managed effectively, to ensure a seamless operation.
Specifically, the purpose of this role Is to monitor and control resources and assets consistently with the Dealership profit requirements, while maintaining and Improving customer relations.
Maximising profitability through the sales of parts, accessories, and other value -added products. Enhancing the reputation of the dealership at every opportunity.
Responsibilities:
Professional
* Ensure that the brand and Endeavour brand values and standards are maintained at all times.
* Ensure the Parts Department operates with the required level of efficiency and productivity.
* Ensure that the Endeavour Part Processes and procedures are adhered to at all times.
* Ensure the safe use and serviceable condition of parts, In accordance with legislation and compliance.
* Develop and maintain an effective communication and relationships with customers.
* Maintain and enhance the parts displays in all departments and areas of the dealership.
Performance
* Ensure the required level of parts and accessories are available and stored appropriately.
* Manage and coordinate the payments process, including payments via credit.
* Coordinate the logistics of sold and returned parts.
* Reduce and eliminate waste, damage, and deterioration, by maintaining the stock control system.
* Maintain accurate stock records, reporting stock variances, missing parts, and supersessions.
* Assist in promotions, events, and marketing initiatives to increase profitability.
