This is an office-based role in Southport You would be required to work from our Southport office for 12 months, and we would then, dependent upon performance, offer the flexibility of being able to work from home The Role: What You’ll Be Doing As a Conveyancing Paralegal, you will play a key role in delivering outstanding service to clients and third parties, managing residential conveyancing matters with expertise and professionalism. You'll be part of a dynamic team where you'll have access to dedicated support, including onboarding assistance and specialist post-completion teams. Your responsibilities will include: Managing a caseload of 40–70 files, depending on experience. Overseeing the sale and purchase of freehold, leasehold transactions Meeting completion targets while maintaining the highest standards of service. What We’re Looking For We’re looking for an ambitious paralegal, wanting to manage their own files, with a passion for delivering excellent client service. Ideally, you will have: A minimum of 1 years’ experience in assisting with the key aspects of a Residential Conveyancing caseload. Strong IT literacy, including experience with case management systems. Excellent communication skills with clients, both written and verbal.
