Responsibilities Source candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and networking events. Conduct thorough telephone interviews to evaluate candidates' skills and suitability for specific roles. Use indeed, CV Library and Indeed to source suitable candidates for a variety of roles. Collaborate with team members to share insights and strategies that enhance the recruitment process. Provide guidance and support to candidates throughout the hiring process, ensuring a positive experience. Analyse recruitment metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement best practices. Experience Proven experience in a recruitment environment is highly desirable, however not essential. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a focus on building rapport with clients and candidates alike. A proactive approach to problem-solving with the ability to analyse situations critically. I am looking for someone who has previous experience within recruitment, sales or similar telephone based positions. The role to begin with will predominantly on the candidate side of things to begin with, then moving onto clients / sales if this is something you desire, I am able to tailor the role around you and what you feel your strengths are. Down the line there is the opportunity to become a senior consultant and run your own desk, leading to potential OTE of 6 figures Realistic OTE Year 1 30-35k, this will then grow year on year as you grow within the business
