The School of Pharmacy and Biomedical Sciences is looking at appoint an experienced administrator to support the school with delivery of their portfolio. The successful applicant will work closely with the School Operations Manager and Academic team to ensure timely, efficient and accurate administration in line with the university and accrediting body regulations.
Significant recent administrative experience in a busy office environment as well as experience of organising, inputting data from various sources as well as raising purchase orders and checking data integrity are essential. Utilising strong organisational skills, you will also have experience of undertaking effective administrative duties to meet the differing needs of stakeholders and colleagues.
An awareness of confidentiality working within the school and the ability to work consistently under pressure, prioritise work and meet deadlines are also core requirements for success in this role. The successful candidate will have a range of GCSE's, including English Language and Maths at Grade C/Grade 4 or above, or appropriate equivalent experiential learning.
