The Role As the Accounts Receivable Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the billing and collections process, ensuring that invoices are issued accurately and payments are received on time. You will collaborate with different teams to maintain accurate financial records, resolve discrepancies, and communicate effectively with customers regarding their payment terms. Your key responsibilities will include: Managing customer invoicing to ensure accuracy and compliance with agreed terms Following up on outstanding payments and ensuring prompt collection Addressing customer queries and liaising with internal teams to resolve billing issues Ensuring compliance with GDPR regulations when handling customer financial data Processing receipts and reconciling payments against accounts About You To be considered for this role, you will need: A minimum of three years experience in an accounts receivable or credit control role Strong background in accounts ledger management Experience handling high-value ledgers Bookkeeping skills with an eye for detail The ability to multi-task and make informed decisions Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Excel, and ERP/Accounting Software Experience in a similar role, such as Credit Control Manager, Ledger Manager, Receivables Manager, AR Manager, or Senior Accounts Assistant, would be beneficial.
