Reporting to the Senior Finance Manager, this role is perfect for a finance professional looking to make a significant impact by delivering accurate and timely financial reporting to support business operations.Key Responsibilities:

* Prepare monthly management accounts, investigating variances, and collaborating with budget holders to identify and implement corrective actions.
* Produce the monthly reporting pack across multiple divisions.
* Provide accurate guidance and support to team members.
* Analyse financial trends and budget deviations, offering recommendations and ensuring implementation.
* Deliver high-quality management information on a timely and consistent basis.
* Ensure compliance with all audit controls, working with internal and external audit teams to provide evidence as required.
* Own and maintain balance sheets, ensuring accuracy and accountability.
* Assist in preparing and delivering the annual operating plan within set deadlines.
* Support various ad hoc requests requiring evaluative judgment based on data analysis.
