Job Description
Keystone Care are seeking a dedicated and experienced Registered Manager to oversee a Residential Care facility for residents with Complex Care needs. The successful candidate will be responsible for the overall management and leadership of the facility, ensuring high-quality care and compliance with all relevant regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Oversee day-to-day operations of the care facility
2. Ensure compliance with CQC standards and other regulatory requirements
3. Lead and manage a team of care staff, providing supervision and support
4. Develop and implement care plans tailored to individual needs
5. Manage budgets, resources, and ensure financial efficiency
6. Handle admissions and discharges of residents
7. Liaise with healthcare professionals, families, and other stakeholders
8. Maintain accurate records and documentation
Skills and Qualifications:
1. Registered Manager with a valid Level 5 Leadership and Management
2. Experience managing a Complex Needs Residential home
3. Strong leadership and team management skills.
