Job Description: We are on the lookout for talented and enthusiastic Chef de Parties to join dynamic kitchen teams at multiple bustling venues. The ideal candidates will have a strong culinary background and a commitment to excellence. You will be responsible for preparing and presenting high-quality dishes, ensuring that all food is cooked to perfection and meets the high standards of each establishment.
Responsibilities:
* Prepare and cook dishes according to each venue's menu
* Ensure the highest standards of food hygiene and health & safety
* Assist the Head Chef and Sous Chef in daily kitchen operations
* Manage your section efficiently and maintain a clean workspace
* Contribute to menu development and innovation
* Train and mentor junior kitchen staff
Requirements:
* Proven experience as a Chef de Partie or similar role
* Culinary school diploma or equivalent experience
* Strong knowledge of cooking techniques and ingredients
* Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
* Excellent teamwork and communication skills
* Passion for food and creativity in cooking
