About the Role We are looking for an Internal Sales Manager to lead and support our clients internal sales / customer accounts team in delivering exceptional customer service. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a team-oriented setting and is focused on process excellence rather than aggressive sales. Key responsibilities include:
* Leading a team of account managers/customer service operatives to achieve high standards of service and operational efficiency.
* Overseeing the processing of customer forecasts, orders, and quotes, ensuring they are handled accurately and in a timely manner.
* Ensuring the team follows established sales processes and proactively managing customer order books for extended timeframes.
* Supporting the team in identifying and maximising sales opportunities and revenue where appropriate.
We are seeking a candidate with:

* A full UK driving license and the willingness to travel between our sites in Redditch and Stokenchurch.
