Main duties of the job

The role requires regular travel to client homes and may involve some evening and weekend work.

Your responsibilities will include conducting client assessments and managing care plans, ensuring our services meet compliance with CQC regulations. The role involves regular and frequent travel to client’s homes and could include some evenings and weekends. Key Responsibilities: •Care Planning & Assessment: Develop and review personalised care plans. •Liaise with the operational team regarding performance issues and training needs. •Compliance & Quality Assurance: Ensure services meet CQC standards, conduct audits, and maintain accurate records. •Build relationships with clients and their families, address concerns, and update their care needs. •Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure holistic care. Requirements •NVQ Level 3 or 4 in Health & Social Care (or equivalent). •Experience in a supervisory/management role within health and social care. •A passion for delivering high quality care, exceptional communication and organisational skills. •Full UK driving license and ability to travel using own car. •This role requires travel around the West Midlands. Qualifications
* NVQ Level 3 or 4 in Health & Social Care (or equivalent), experience in a supervisory/management role within health and social care, a passion for delivering high-quality care, exceptional communication and organizational skills, and a full UK driving license.
