Role Overview:
Manage and coordinate planning obligations, ensuring compliance with regulations. Work with stakeholders to deliver infrastructure and community benefits.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Oversee planning obligations (Section 106, CIL).
2. Liaise with developers and legal teams.
3. Maintain records and prepare reports.
4. Assist in drafting agreements.
5. Provide advice on planning obligations.
Ideal Qualifications:
1. Degree in Planning, Geography, Law, or related field.
2. Experience in planning or development management.
3. Knowledge of planning obligations, Section 106, and CIL.
4. Strong communication and negotiation skills.
5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
