Job Description
* Develop and implement effective brand strategies and campaigns
* Oversee market research and adapt strategies as necessary
* Collaborate with various departments to ensure brand consistency
* Analyse sales and marketing metrics to gauge brand health
* Communicate with senior stakeholders about marketing plans and results
* Manage marketing budget and ensure cost-effectiveness
* Stay updated on industry trends and consumer behaviours
The Successful Applicant
A successful Brand Manager should have:
* A degree in Marketing, Business or related field
* Proven experience as a Brand Manager or similar role within the Consumer marketplace - ideally beauty.
* Strong knowledge of the UK Retail marketplace
* Excellent leadership, communication, and analytical skills
* Proficiency in setting up marketing processes as well as using marketing software and online applications
* Ability to travel to their Birmingham offices 3 times a week - 1 hour commute max.

* An annual salary of £50,000
