In this role, you will be responsible for managing hire requests, coordinating equipment delivery and collection, and ensuring a high standard of service. You will maintain accurate hire records, manage stock availability, and resolve customer issues efficiently. Tasks include providing quotes, upselling additional services, and ensuring compliance with company policies.
