Sales Manager
Role Overview:
Our client is seeking a proactive and results-oriented Sales Manager to drive business development, client account management, and revenue generation across key markets, including the UK, Europe. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of luxury hospitality sales, exceptional client management skills, and a passion for achieving high targets. You will be responsible for managing residential stays, generating new business, and ensuring seamless communication between all teams to deliver exceptional service to clients.
Key Responsibilities:
* Build and maintain relationships with existing accounts, ensuring they are continuously qualified, and negotiate rates to ensure performance and revenue targets are met.
* Conduct face-to-face sales calls, achieving a minimum monthly sales call activity target.
* Organise hotel site inspections and ensure they are in line with the hotels entertainment policy.
* Manage residential stays and work closely with estate agents, relocation companies, and HNW students.
* Develop and implement sales strategies to maximise revenue from key accounts within the UK, Europe, Russia, and CIS markets.
