In the Funding Administrator job, you will be:
1. Playing a vital role in supporting a variety of grant-funded projects, both large and small.
2. Operating internal systems, maintaining accurate project data and adhering to grant funding rules, ensuring all evidence meets required standards.
3. Identifying and excluding ineligible claims to maintain compliance.
4. Assisting in internal and external audits by preparing accurate documentation.
5. Working with project managers, staff, and external stakeholders to gather and verify necessary grant evidence.
To be successful in the Funding Administrator job, you will need:
1. Previous experience in a similar office-based role.
2. Strong administration and IT skills, particularly in MS Office.
3. Proficiency in Welsh, with the ability to hold conversations at an intermediate or fluent level.
4. A flexible, adaptable, and approachable attitude with excellent team-working skills.
5. The ability to work confidentially, under pressure, and with exceptional attention to detail.
6. A current enhanced DBS certificate (or willingness to undertake one).
What's on Offer:
1. Full-time working hours, 37 hours per week, Monday to Friday.
2. Temporary assignment until the end of February 2025.
3. Office based in Rhos on Sea, with potential travel to other sites including Llangefni.
4. Hourly rate of £12.67 plus benefits including weekly pay, holiday accrual, and Corporate Conwy Ffit discount.
