We have an exciting opportunity for a Twilight Nurse to join our Healthcare team at HM Dovegate, a category B Prison located near Uttoxeter in Staffordshire.
In this role, you'll be working with a multi-disciplinary team that will support you and help you succeed.
The working hours are:
Mon Flexible start time between 14:00 - 17:00 until 22:00.
Sat 13:00 until 20:00
Salary: This position is full time, you'll receive an annual salary up to £40,211 per annum - depending on experience.

Main Duties of the Job
As a Registered Nurse, you will work within the Reception Team and your responsibilities will vary. You will:
* Deliver a nurse-led service and prevent hospital admissions
* Undertake medication rounds, dispense controlled medication, attend emergency response situations, assess patients, and undertake reception screening
* Deliver non-judgmental care
* Build strong links with our partners and stakeholders

Qualifications Required
* Registered nurse (Adult or Mental Health)
* Current professional qualification (NMC)
* Understanding of the complexities of multi-disciplinary and multi-agency working
* A non-judgmental and compassionate approach
* Understanding of clinical governance, health and safety, QOF, EBP, and national standards
Although not essential, ideal applicants would have experience in a hospital, community, or prison environment.

As a Primary Care Nurse, you will work within a multi-disciplinary team to deliver a nurse-led service and prevent hospital admissions. You will undertake medication rounds, dispense controlled medication, attend emergency response situations, assess patients, and undertake reception screening. You will use your skills and knowledge to deliver nurse-led clinics to your patient group while being supported by a multi-disciplinary team.
