We are currently seeking a Senior / Associate Project Manager to join our team in Edinburgh or Glasgow.
About the Role
As a Senior / Associate Project Manager, you will manage multiple complex work assignments, delivering exemplary professional services to our clients. You will work autonomously and collaboratively, providing best-in-class services across various projects and sectors.
Your responsibilities will include:
1. Planning:
o Strategic project structuring.
o Development of Project Management Plans.
o Establishing master programmes and identifying project milestones.
o Interrogation of construction programmes.
2. Engaging:
o Defining and managing key stakeholders.
o Leading project meetings with team members.
o Producing project correspondence.
3. Procuring:
o Issuing scopes of services and request for proposals (RFPs).
o Participating in the preparation of tender documents.
o Leading negotiations with contractors.
4. Managing Risk, Delivering Value:
o Reviewing design packages for compliance.
o Leading value engineering and risk review workshops.
o Assessing Contractor’s claims for delay events.
5. Project Administration:
o Assessing contractor progress and commercial matters.
o Managing the design team to fulfill contract requirements.
o Ensuring document management protocols are adhered to.
6. General Duties:
o Overseeing the work of sub-consultants.
o Participating in professional development activities.
o Mentoring junior staff.
o Supporting business development objectives.

What do we need from you?
* Education to degree level.
* 5 years of project management experience.
* Preferably a Member of Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (MRICS) or equivalent.
* Demonstrable consultancy project management experience.
