Exciting opportunity for a Qualified Architect at Reid Brewin Architects (London)
Founded in 2006 in Paris, Reid Brewin Architects (RBA) has developed into a dynamic international practice, now home to more than 125 team members across our studios in London, Paris, Milan, and Madrid. We specialise in high-specification, large-scale projects – particularly in data centres, commercial offices, and luxury retail. To support our ongoing development, RBA London is seeking a Qualified Architect with strong all-round design and technical capabilities to join our team and work on major data centre projects across Europe.
Key Responsibilities
* Work independently across all RIBA stages with minimal supervision
* Develop concept designs and present proposals to clients and local planning authorities
* Lead technical design development, ensuring compliance with UK building regulations and planning policy
* Prepare comprehensive tender and construction documentation
* Coordinate effectively with clients, consultants, planning officers, and building control
* Produce high-quality presentation materials for planning and client submissions
* Identify and resolve design and technical challenges as projects progress
* Maintain design quality, technical accuracy, and timely delivery in line with project budget
Candidate Profile
* ARB-registered Architect (or equivalent)
* Minimum 5 years' post-qualification experience
* Strong design sensibility with excellent coordination and client liaison skills
* Proficient in Revit
* In-depth knowledge of UK planning and building regulations
* Fluent in English (French language an advantage)
