SHEQ Administrator Overview: Our SHEQ Administrator will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our SHEQ department at our Worcester Head Office. What You’ll Be Doing: Manage Health and Safety Documentation such as policies, procedures and work instructions. Maintain Health and Safety Records such as accident reports, inspections and training. Assist in the preparation for audits and inspections. Coordinate Health and Safety Inspectors diaries, including planning site visits. Monitor the SHE functional mailbox in order to act as single point of contact for the department. Assist with the planning of office First Aid policies and documentation. Update subcontractor information packs for distribution. Schedule and arrange health and safety meetings, take meeting minutes, and distribute follow-up actions. What You’ll Need: Proven experience in administration or a similar role. Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook). Exceptional attention to detail. Strong organisational skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. This is a part-time role that would require the successful SHEQ Administrator to be within commuting distance to our Worcester Office: Cleeve House, Malvern Road, Worcester, WR2 4YX.
