Building Surveyor – Manchester
This is a proper Building Surveyor role—surveys, defect reports, refurb projects, and contract admin. You’ll be dealing with dilapidations, compliance, asset management, and advising clients on how to get the best out of their buildings. No endless paperwork, just hands-on surveying work.
