As Customer Retention Director, you’ll play a pivotal role in ensuring customers stay with our client and continue to see the value in their offerings.
📍 Location: South Yorkshire pref 3 days per week 📑 Status: Full-time, Permanent
What You’ll Do:
✅ Develop and execute a customer retention strategy to drive long-term loyalty and satisfaction.
✅ Lead a high-performing team focused on retaining subscriptions and medium-sized accounts.
✅ Collaborate across Sales, Marketing, Product, and Customer Support to improve retention processes.
✅ Use data-driven insights to monitor retention metrics and identify at-risk customers.
✅ Act as a customer advocate, ensuring their needs shape decisions and strategies.
✅ Optimise and scale retention processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
What We’re Looking For:
🔹 5+ years of leadership experience in customer retention or new business, preferably in SaaS.
🔹 A proven track record of driving high retention rates and reducing churn.
🔹 Strong leadership skills to mentor and develop a high-performing team.
🔹 Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
🔹 Experience using CRM and customer success tools (Salesforce preferred).
🔹 A data-driven mindset with strong analytical and decision-making abilities.
