We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced multi-site Manager to join a growing sales management team. This is a newly created role and therefore offers the successful candidate a unique opportunity to play a key role in developing this position.
Ideally, we are looking for a person with a proven track record in Retail Sales Management or multi-site retail management, ideally from a luxury product or consultative B2C environment and based in the East Midlands area.
As an Area Manager you will oversee a group of show sites ensuring high standards of display and merchandising, monitoring performance, training and mentoring all sales staff, ensuring targets are achieved and outstanding customer service is delivered.
Role & Responsibilities:
* Reporting to the National Sales Manager you will have responsibility for up to 8 show sites and 16 sales consultants
* Mentor and Motivate consultants in order to develop an outstanding sales team
* Act as a brand ambassador ensuring the company values for quality and service are delivered
* Utilise commercial reports to analyse performance and identify areas for improvement
* Work in a collaborative manner with all areas of the business
* Deliver informative and inspiring training sessions
