About the Role: As a Social Housing Day-to-Day Repairs Supervisor, you will be responsible for coordinating and supervising reactive maintenance works, ensuring efficient and effective solutions for our residents. Requirements: Proven experience as a Repairs Supervisor or similar role, ideally within the social housing sector. Strong knowledge of building maintenance and repair practices relevant to social housing properties. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with diverse residents. Ability to manage and motivate a team, fostering a resident-centric approach. Strong organisational and problem-solving skills, with a focus on addressing resident concerns. Valid UK driving license.
