Main duties of the job The post holder will work alongside highly specialist Clinical Psychologist and Assistant Psychologist in the Ward Buddy Scheme as well as colleagues in the Health in Mind team. They will co-produce and co-deliver 1:1 support for patients and families, fun activities, group therapies and offer containment, optimism and hope through their lived experience in our population of patients. They will manage an independent caseload of Paediatric patients and families who require low level emotional support, understanding and compassion whilst they are inpatients on specific wards, as a result of living with a health condition.
