Maintenance Builder
My client is currently recruiting a maintenance builder based at a historic site based in SW London. You have a proven track record in commercial maintenance.
Sector: Commercial Maintenance
Duties will include, flooring, glazing, guttering, changing roof tiles, leadwork rendering, painting and general handyperson duties.
Hours are 7.30am to 4pm Monday to Friday
Salary is 37K depending on experience.
