What you’ll do
Vodafone Managed Engineering Services (MES) specialise in technical ownership, designing, building, quality assuring and testing solutions according to customer’s requirements. MES perform all the tasks to technically develop the solution from an initial concept to the successful delivery of the solution.
The role supporting MES as a dedicated scheduler, will ensure the MES Flexible resources are aligned to the correct task according to skillsets, locations and availability.
A MES Technical Scheduling Specialist excels in meticulous scheduling, proactively fulfilling demand at optimal levels. They bring valuable experience from technical or engineering delivery environments and confidently collaborate with multiple stakeholders to achieve the best outcomes.
Who you are
1. Ability to work in a logical manner and prioritise key tasks for a fast paced, multi disciplined work function.
2. Drive performance metrics
3. Ability to keep accurate information and record to allow easy cross referencing of tickets and PPM tasks.
4. Provide support for Engineering managers and wider department owners.
5. Ability to work both independently and as part of a team/wider function.
6. An understanding of telecom engineering working practices and processes is desirable.
7. Knowledge and use of Microsoft Power suite is desirable.
8. Understanding of ITILv4 methodolgoies.
9. Understanding of Agile working practices.
