Role & Responsibilities:
This role is ideal for a fire and security engineer looking to get off the tools
80% of the role is customer support- identifying and solving issues with fire and security equipment
Working with equipment such as CCTV, Door entry, Access Control, fire Alarms, Smoke Detection
Liaising with Installers to help program and set-up equipment
Conducting training sessions remote or on-site
Knowledge, Skills & Experience:
Experience as a fire and secuirty engineer
5 years experience of security system installation
Good customner service skills
Experience of training others
