We are currently looking for a Formulation Technical Lead to join a leading pharmaceutical company based in the Leicestershire area. As the Formulation Technical Lead, you will be lead for Spray Drying within the department.

Key Duties and Responsibilities:
Your duties as the Formulation Technical Lead will be varied; however, the key duties and responsibilities are as follows:
1. Assume direct involvement in the formulation and process development of Solid Oral dosage forms, tablets, and being the main support for Spray Drying across the department.
2. Operate various equipment involved in the manufacturing process, at laboratory and pilot scale.
3. Complete accurate process documentation in accordance with GMP, including manufacturing documents and preparation of reports.
4. Collate information and interpret data during development work.
Role Requirements:
To be successful in your application to this exciting role as the Pharmaceutical Formulation Scientist, we are looking to identify the following on your profile and past history:
1. Relevant degree in a scientific discipline.
2. Proven industry experience in pharmaceutical formulation and process development and Spray Drying.
3. A working knowledge and practical experience with GMP and manufacturing processes.
