Role Description
This is a part-time hybrid role for a Practice Manager/Operations at Clearcut Physiotherapy. The Practice Manager will be responsible for overseeing daily clinic operations, managing staff, ensuring efficient appointment scheduling, handling patient inquiries, and maintaining compliance with healthcare regulations. The role also involves financial management tasks such as budgeting and billing. This position is located in the London Area, United Kingdom, with the opportunity for some work-from-home flexibility.
Qualifications
* Experience in managing healthcare practice operations and staff
* Skills in financial management, including budgeting and billing
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Capacity for efficient appointment scheduling and patient care management
* Knowledge of healthcare regulations and compliance
* Ability to work independently and adapt to a hybrid work environment
* Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Management, Business Administration, or a related field
* Experience in physiotherapy or healthcare settings is a plus
Key Responsibilities:
Recruitment & HR:
* Lead the recruitment process for physiotherapists and administrative staff, including job postings and interviews.
* Manage the onboarding process for new physiotherapists, ensuring they are added to referral partners and insurance panels.
* Handle staff contracts, compliance documentation, and licensing requirements.
* Oversee annual leave and staff sickness, ensuring adequate clinic coverage.
* Track extra hours worked and support payroll preparation.
Operations Management:
* Oversee day-to-day clinic operations, ensuring smooth functioning of both physiotherapy and administrative teams.
* Coordinate with cleaners and maintenance staff to ensure clinic hygiene and upkeep.
* Order and manage stock, equipment, and supplies for the clinics.
* Support clinic expansion efforts, including site launches and equipment procurement.
Marketing & Business Development:
* Support marketing initiatives to increase patient numbers and revenue.
* Build relationships with new referrers, private consultants, and local businesses.
* Manage and update Google Business Profile with pictures and clinic information.
* Assist in community outreach and networking efforts.
