Leading utilities business requires a Senior Procurement Process & Systems Manager. Applicants need deep knowledge of procurement tools and systems such as P2P, S2P, or ERP, have leadership skills, and experience in a process or best practice/excellence role.
The Senior Procurement Process & Systems Manager will be responsible for providing expert knowledge on procurement processes and systems, and contribute to the design, development, implementation, and optimization of a new procurement S2P platform. The role will have 4 direct reports across data management, systems support, and policy.
Specific duties of the Senior Procurement Process & Systems Manager include:
1. Manage and maintain key elements and processes of the P2P system
2. Implement new procurement technologies - S2P, design, development, implement, roll out, processes, optimization
3. Support the optimization of procurement processes
4. Ownership of procurement department data, analytics, and processes
5. Management of 4 direct reports across Data, Systems Support, and Procurement Policy
Senior Procurement Process & Systems Manager applicants should meet the following criteria:
1. Deep/expert level knowledge in regards to procurement technology, systems, P2P, ERP, S2P, etc.
2. Experience of supporting a large system implementation - ERP, P2P, S2P, etc.
3. Previous experience within a policy, process, governance, systems, operations/best practice, or transformation role
4. Previous experience of managing staff
5. Comfortable with hybrid working - 2 days per week in Worthing, BN13
