Our client is seeking a dedicated Credit Controller to manage and maintain the firm's debtor ledger.
Key Responsibilities for the Credit Controller:
* Monitor and control outstanding accounts to reduce the firm's debtor figure
* Liaise with Stakeholders to resolve outstanding debts and manage financial hygiene
* Provide regular reports on aged debt, risks, and ad hoc financial issues to the Business Manager
* Address and resolve client queries related to outstanding payments
Key Requirements of the Credit Controller:
* Prior experience in credit control/collections, preferably in a professional services environment
* Understanding of credit management practices and debt recovery processes in England & Wales
* Proficiency in Excel, MS Outlook, Word, and PowerPoint
* Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills, with a commercial and proactive approach
